Terms and Conditions: Cheating

By accessing and using the Wizardia gaming platform, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions related to cheating. These terms are designed to ensure fair gameplay for all participants. Failure to comply with these terms may result in penalties, including account suspension or termination. Please read the following terms carefully:

Unfair Advantage: Players must not use the Wizardia system to gain an unfair advantage over other players. This includes but is not limited to exploiting bugs, glitches, or loopholes, as well as utilizing unauthorized third-party software or tools.

Examination of Battle Logs: Wizardia reserves the right to examine battle logs and investigate suspicious or malicious gaming behavior. Such behavior may include but is not limited to:

a) Creating Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage or manipulating gameplay is strictly prohibited;

b) Illogical Moves: Making moves that go against regular battle logic, resembling behavior similar to AI bots, is considered suspicious and may be subject to investigation;

c) Irregular or Unfair Advantage: Any activity that Wizardia deems irregular or intended to gain an unfair advantage over other players will be considered suspicious.

Case-by-Case Assessment: Due to the nature of the game and the complexity of detecting cheating, suspicious activities will be acknowledged and individually assessed on a case-by-case basis. Wizardia reserves the right to examine various factors, including but not limited to:

a) Time and Date of Account Creation: Examining the time and date of account creation may provide insights into potentially fraudulent behavior;

b) Consecutive Skipped Turns: Consistently skipping turns in an abnormal manner may raise suspicions and trigger further investigation;

c) Behavior Discrepancies: Different behavior patterns exhibited against different opponents may be indicative of cheating and will be considered during the investigation.

Warning and Penalties: If a player is found to be engaging in malicious behavior, Wizardia will issue a warning via email. Continued engagement in such behavior may result in immediate disqualification from tournaments and placement on Wizardia's watch list. However, please be aware that due to the nature of the game, in exceptional circumstances where the integrity of the game is at stake or the disclosure of specific reasons may compromise our investigation methods, Wizardia reserves the right to penalise malicious or suspicious activity without supplying a detailed reason, after an initial warning is given.

Please note that these terms and conditions are subject to change at any point at Wizardia's discretion. It is your responsibility to review and comply with the most recent version of these terms. By continuing to use the Wizardia gaming platform, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions related to cheating.
