Wizardia’s team features 30+ experts in business, blockchain, (video and tabletop) game development, design, marketing, community building and support. We’re all gaming fans at heart and, for the founders, building the world of Wizardia has been a labor of love for almost a decade. Our gameworld, game mechanics, rich lore and distinctive visual style is many years in the making and truly sets us apart from our peers in the gamefi space.

**Mind - CEO**

Mindaugas is an experienced team and community leader who has an extensive background in project management, marketing, and international event coordination. Years of entrepreneurship have moulded him into the CEO he is today.

**Tom - COO**

Tomas has been working in the digital marketing space for over 13 years and has mastered the art of social media management. With a long history of successful app creation under his belt, Tomas has also been the brains behind several high-use applications for the likes of Facebook, Shopify and many more.

**Mantas - Creative Director**

A master of visual communication, Mantas has lent his eye for flair to video games, films, and art and non-profit organizations, and now leads Wizardia’s design strategy.

Gediminas is a game designer with over a decade of experience in the professional game industry. He has years of industry knowledge behind him, which he earned as the Director of the Lithuanian Game Developers Association, the Head of Studio at No Brake Games Vilnius, and the lead game designer at Nordcurrent.

**Marius - CTO**
