# Wizardia

This is the **Official Wizardia Lightpaper**. This document contains information about the Wizardia project’s driving factors; the game’s economy, our Wizardia Token and NFT technology integration; Play-to-Earn mechanics and the first additions to the game’s metaverse, as well as gameplay features in the near future.

*Please note: Contents of the lightpaper are a subject to change throughout the game development process.*

### Wizardia

**Wizardia** is an AAA-quality Play-to-Earn (P2E) online turn-based battler with RPG elements. The game is built on three core gameplay pillars:: &#x20;

1. **innovative** turn-based **combat**, &#x20;
2. **player-decision** driven **game evolution**,
3. upgrade-based **character progression**.

Wizardia rewards those who contribute to the game’s metaverse and its **real-valued economy** system so there are no one-way investments.

### P2E & F2P

Multiple pathways allow players and investors alike to succeed in the Wizardia economy, with valuable tokens and NFTs tradable in-game as well as in external exchanges. A free-to-play option will be made available so players can learn the basics of the game. Future developments will include an in-depth Scholarship system for P2E guilds.

### Tokens & NFTs

The Wizardia Token ($WZRD), powered by Solana, is a utility token that also acts as an in-game currency.&#x20;

3 types of NFTs have been announced so far, with more under development:&#x20;

1. [Arena Genesis NFTs](https://wizardia.io/nft-sale) – partial ownership of The Arena NFT that is shared between multiple players and investors.
2. [Market Genesis NFTs](https://wizardia.io/market-nft) - partial ownership of The Market NFT that is shared between multiple players and investors.
3. [Wizard NFTs](https://wizardia.io/collection) – in-game characters with unique art and capabilities. They're playable now in [Tournaments](https://wizardia.io/tournaments).

### Gameworld Lore & Art

Wizardia’s founders have been dreaming up the world of Wizardia, its setting and lore, in one way or another, for more than a decade. Richly developed, lore-filled world-building and a distinctive visual style combining fantasy and dark sci-fi help set the game apart from other P2P projects. Wizardia’s remarkable art style is the work of the acclaimed Studio Locura.

# Gameplay

Why it's going to be fun

Wizardia is a multiplayer online role-playing strategy game with a key game-changing component – opportunity for the players to earn money while playing. \
\
Wizardia has resemblances to video games like Heroes of Might and Magic, King’s Bounty, Raid: Shadow Legends and similar titles, that are based on classical RPG systems where hero characters and their skills take the spotlight. \
\
Additionally, the economy of Wizardia may feel familiar to those who played Travian, Clash of Clans or Eve Online, and player industrial and commercial activities are the engine of the system. Discovery aspect of the game will allow players who are interested in complicated problem solving and social organization to express themselves and influence the direction of the game.

### Wizardia’s inspiration and analogs

Mechanically similar games: RAID: Shadow Legends (mobile), Age of Magic: RPG (mobile), Ruined King: LoL Story, Battle Chasers, Darkest Dungeon, Bravely Default II, Banner Saga Trilogy, Star Renegades

Thematically similar games: RAID: Shadow Legends, Age of Magic: RPG, Ruined King: LoL Story

Visually similar games: Age of Magic: RPG

### Combat & Tournaments&#x20;

#### Combat Mechanics

Wizardia's combat is turn based and requires clever positioning and effective use of Abilities. Players will be able to engage in PvP as well as PvE battles across the realm. With each victory players will be rewarded with consumables or equipment, resources, skill mastery and legacy points.

In practice, combat in Wizardia is a turn-based confrontation between two teams of three Wizards that cast their Abilities to deplete the foes’ energy and win the battle.

The player sets up a team of three Wizards and equips each of them with an Artifact and consumables. Depending on the game mode and the strength of the team, the matchmaking algorithm selects an opponent for the player.

The battle consists of rounds, with each round having a sequence of turns. During a single round all Wizards present on the field make one action each, unless limited by certain conditions, such as previously casted spells, buffs, etc. During a particular Wizard’s turn, the player can choose between using the active Wizard’s Ability, using a consumable or skipping the turn to regain Magic. Wizards fall once their Magic is depleted either via own-Ability use or the effect of the opponent’s Abilities. Fallen Wizards cannot participate in that particular battle anymore, unless raised and returned to battle by other Wizards.

The battle ends once all three Wizards of one team fall. The winning player receives victory rewards and the defeated player gets a consolation prize, both of which depend on the game mode.

### Game Modes

There will be several game modes available in Wizardia, ranging from simple PvE and PvP duels to Weekly Challenge Series and winner-take-all tournaments.

**Challenger Fights (PvE)** mode allows players to battle an AI-controlled opponent at their own pace. An opportunity to practice before competing for greater rewards in PvP.&#x20;

**Duel Fights (PvP)** is a realtime battle mode between two players with significant rewards and the possibility to wager $WZRD tokens.&#x20;

**Weekly Challenge Series (PvE)** is a game-wide mode where the player’s goal is to win the most challenging battles during the week. Rewards are distributed game-wide, with all players competing for the same prize pool.&#x20;

**Arena Tournament (PvP)** is a play-off format PvP tournament with entry fees and a hefty $WZRD and NFT prize pool. Players must qualify for the tournament via five random PvP battles. The tournaments are planned to take place at the end of each Wizardia Season and last for one week, with finals on Saturday.

**Final Destruction (PvP)** is a world-wide tournament streamed across the globe with a seven-figure prize pool. Best players with Wizardia’s strongest Wizards will battle it out to become forever remembered as the Season’s strongest sorcerers. However, this is an all-or-nothing affair, with the winner racking up a six-digit US dollar reward and all defeated players losing the majority of their possessions as well as everything they wagered to enter the tournament.

# Tournaments

[Sign up to play Tournaments](https://wizardia.io/tournaments)

Wizardia Tournaments is a browser-based PvE or PvP game-mode not only for NFT holders but also for players without Wizard NFTs. It’s an opportunity to put Wizard NFTs to use, with the best performers winning $WZRD prizes & NFTs whereas tournaments that do not require ownership of Wizard NFTs provides a possibility to win other prizes without the need to own anything.

To play Wizardia PvE or PvP paid tournaments, usually you'll need to own 3 Wizard NFTs and to buy an Entry Ticket. Each Entry Ticket lets you battle some specific number of times in the Arena and climb up the ladder for a chance to win main prizes from the prize pool.

To play Free tournaments, you don't need to own Wizard NFTs and you don't need to buy Entry Tickets.&#x20;

For individual rules of each tournaments please refer to the corresponding section under the [Tournament rules](/tournaments/tournament-rules) section.

# Tournament Strategies

Each Tournament Battle is a 3-on-3 turn-based confrontation, where teams of Wizards cast spells back and forth across the Arena battlefield — inflicting damage on opponents or supporting their allied Wizards. From each battle, you’ll earn ranking points based on the amount of health your team has remaining at the end of the fight.&#x20;

There’s no perfect team, so you’ll need to think, plan and execute well if you want to dominate in the Arena. It’s a game of strategy and synergies, a chance to practice and test your magical combat skills, getting ahead of the competition before the full game is released!

### Tournament Combat Tips

* Each wizard has 2 unique attack spells to choose from.&#x20;
* Some spells work on all targeted Wizards, but some only work on one targeted Wizard.&#x20;
* Each spell consumes mana, so use it wisely. You can replenish mana by skipping a turn.
* The right of the first move is determined randomly.&#x20;
* Each player has 30 seconds for one move.&#x20;
* Your battle strategy should focus on eliminating enemy wizards, rather than beating all of them little by little.&#x20;

### Wizard Affinities

![](/files/TMTw7qKONgLRLyNKI8ZW)

* Body Wizards (Tah Mut Tah, Tsering & [Amin](/wizards/amin-the-deceived)) are stronger against Soul Wizards, but weaker against Mind Wizards.
* Mind Wizards (Crizal & Chikara) are stronger against Body Wizards, but weaker against Soul Wizards.
* Soul Wizards (S & Olek) are stronger against Mind Wizards, but weaker against Body Wizards.
* In combat against a random opponent, it might be safest to assemble a team of different Affinities (body, mind, soul)

Read more about Affinities in the [Lore pages](/lore#magic).

A player is rated at the end of each battle based on the percentage of health his Wizards have remaining plus 35 points for each surviving Wizard. *Players' team has 25%, 40% and 100% health left - giving a total of 165 points. All 3 Wizards surviving earns the player another 105 points. Their total score is 270 rating points.*&#x20;

*Starting from turn 19\* the winning player will receive -10% of the total rating points for every 6 turns. If a player wins the match in 36 turns and earns 270 points then his final result will be 270-30% =189. Rounding is done according to the classic rounding rules.*

*\*using consumables is counted as a turn and included in the total number of turns.*

Places 2 to 10 win one Wizard NFT. Wizard NFTs will be randomly picked and minted for Tournament #7.

Buying an entry ticket gives the player access to the Tournament.

Each entry ticket lets a player battle 20 times in one Tournament, earning rating points.

Rating points are awarded based on the remaining percentage of health of the player's Wizards at the end of each battle.

If a player who has participated in 20 Tournament battles is not satisfied with his rating, they have the opportunity to buy another entry ticket, fight in 20 more battles and get a better score.<br>

About game mechanics

**GamePlay:**

* A battle consists of 3 player-controlled Wizards fighting against 3 AI Wizards.&#x20;
* A turn is a Wizard selecting a spell and casting it at an enemy Wizard or Wizards.&#x20;
* Randomly the player or AI will have the first turn. Then it will alternate between AI and player, each taking a turn until one side has no Wizards left alive. At this point, they have lost, and the team with Wizards remaining has won.&#x20;
* If both sides lose their Wizards in the same turn, then the player whose turn it is wins the battle.

**Rating calculation rules**

A player is rated at the end of each battle based on the percentage of health his Wizards have remaining plus 35 points for each surviving Wizard. Also taken into account is the number of moves made to win this battle (the more moves made - the less points the winning player will receive). For example:&#x20;

*Player’s team has 25%, 40% and 100% health left - giving a total of 165 points. All 3 Wizards surviving earns the player another 105 points. Their total score is 270 rating points.*&#x20;

**How we will Announce winners**

Winners will be announced once the Tournament ends.

Game balance and terms and conditions and privacy policy can be updated any time without notice.

* A turn is a Wizard selecting a spell and casting it at an enemy Wizard or Wizards.&#x20;
* Randomly the player or AI will have the first turn. Then it will alternate between AI and player, each taking a turn until one side has no Wizards left alive. At this point, they have lost, and the team with Wizards remaining has won.&#x20;
* If both sides lose their Wizards in the same turn, then the player whose turn it is wins the battle.

**Rating calculation rules**

A player is rated at the end of each battle based on the percentage of health his Wizards have remaining, plus 35 points for each surviving Wizard. For example: a player’s team has 25%, 40% and 100% health left - giving a total of 165 points. All 3 Wizards surviving earns the player another 105 points. Their total score is 270 rating points.&#x20;

About game mechanics

**GamePlay:**

1. A battle consists of 3 player-controlled Wizards fighting against 3 Human or AI Wizards.
2. A turn is a Wizard selecting a spell and casting it at an enemy/own Wizard or Wizards.
3. Randomly the player or an opponent will have the first turn. Then it will alternate between the players, each taking a turn until one side has no Wizards left alive. At this point, they have lost, and the team with Wizards remaining has won.
4. If both sides lose their Wizards in the same turn, then the player whose turn it is wins the battle.

**Rating calculation rules**

A player is rated at the end of each battle based on the percentage of health his Wizards have remaining plus 35 points for each surviving Wizard. Also taken into account is the number of moves made to win this battle (the more moves made - the less points the winning player will receive). For example:&#x20;

*Player’s team has 25%, 40% and 100% health left - giving a total of 165 points. All 3 Wizards surviving earns the player another 105 points. Their total score is 270 rating points.*&#x20;

**How we will Announce winners**

Winners will be announced once the Tournament ends.

A player is rated at the end of each battle based on the percentage of health his Wizards have remaining plus 35 points for each surviving Wizard. Also taken into account is the number of moves made to win this battle (the more moves made - the less points the winning player will receive). For example:&#x20;

*Player’s team has 25%, 40% and 100% health left - giving a total of 165 points. All 3 Wizards surviving earns the player another 105 points. Their total score is 270 rating points.*&#x20;

# Practice Mode

What’s new and how it works

Practice Mode is a browser-based pre-launch game-mode, which is 100% free-to-play. That means gamers no longer need to own 3 Wizard NFTs to experience Wizardia’s magical gameplay. Every time a player is assigned a randomised selection of Wizards and Consumables. Wizard throuples are pre-built by Wizardia game designers according to the game logic and it provides a chance for players to try out different game strategies.

Practice Mode combines PVP and PVE game modes. Wizardia launches its first PVP mode where gamers play against human/real-life opponents. Players can’t choose their friends as opponents in order to make the battle fair.&#x20;

In case there are no players online, the game mode shifts to PVE and the player fights against our bot. The bot is more advanced than in previous Wizardia game versions and challenges the gamers to use Wizard Spells and Consumables wisely as well as skipping its turn to replenish its Mana.

Consumables are Wizard Enhancers and, in Practice Mode, gamers can try them out for the first time. Currently 3 types of Consumables (out of total of 9) are available:

* Health Potions - heal 100-500 HP
* Mana Potions - restore 2-10 MP
* Revive Potions - revive your Wizard to 1 HP after its HP is reduced to 0

Only a total of 3 Potions can be used per battle, and players can only choose 1 before the battle starts to use on a specific Wizard. For example, if a player has Crizal selected for the battle, he/she will need to decide which Potion to use before the battle starts.

In Practice Mode gamers play for fun and practice, not for prizes. There is no prize pool in this game mode. Gamers can battle as many times as they want - all they have to do is to sign up at: <https://wizardia.io/tournaments><br>

## About game mechanics

### GamePlay:

* A battle consists of 3 player-controlled Wizards fighting against 3 Wizards controlled by another randomly selected player or a bot.

* You can’t choose your opponent in order to make the battle fair.

* Your Wizard team and Consumables are randomly assigned before each battle.

* Randomly the player or opponent will have the first turn.

* A turn is a Wizard selecting a spell and casting it at an enemy Wizard or Wizards.

* Don’t forget to select the Potion for your Wizard before the battle begins. Only a total of 3 Potions are available per battle.

* Then it will alternate between players, each taking a turn until one side has no Wizards left alive. At this point, they have lost, and the team with Wizards remaining has won.

* You can skip the turn

* If both sides lose their Wizards in the same turn, then the player whose turn it is wins the battle.

Game balance and terms and conditions and privacy policy can be updated any time without notice.

# Play To Earn

The magic that keeps our world turning

Wizardia treats time, effort, and money as equally valid investments. Players may choose a single method of earning their token share or get creative and mix several approaches together. Investing into or earning Wizardia Tokens or NFTs are all valid strategies. Both types of these tokens can be traded in-game as well as on real world crypto exchanges.

With 3 different types of [NFTs](/nfts) supporting the game balance and Wizardia Tokens acting as an in-game currency there are plenty of ways to engage with P2E mechanics. On a basic level, players can earn:

* Rewards for fighting in the Arena
* Fees for renting out Wizards NFTs
* Proceeds from selling NFTs
* Passive income through holding Genesis NFTs

### Wizardia for Guilds

The Wizardia team is working on developing Scholarship features for Play-to-Earn guilds, allowing them to share revenue between NFT owners, trainers and trainees. Further details will be announced soon.

###

# NFTs

Sit back or get stuck in

Constant token circulation generates unique Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) that have in-game purposes and hold real-world value. Players can take advantage of NFT perks or sell them off to other players or investors.

3 types of NFTs can be acquired through in-game activities and investments:&#x20;

1. [**Arena Genesis NFTs** ](https://wizardia.io/nft-sale)– partial ownership of The Arena that is shared between multiple players and investors.
2. [**Market Genesis NFTs**](https://wizardia.io/market-nft) – partial ownership of The Market that is shared between multiple players and investors.
3. [**Wizard NFTs**](https://wizardia.io/collection) – in-game characters with unique art and capabilities.

### Genesis NFTs

Every major structure added to the Wizardia’s Metaverse that compliments the gameplay can be owned by players and investors through Genesis NFTs.

The Arena will be the first addition available upon the game’s official release and a place where all of the battles between players take place. Since this is a major addition from the gameplay’s perspective where players get to earn in-game and monetary rewards.&#x20;

When other major structures in the Metaverse are added to the gameworld, a selection of other Genesis NFTs may be introduced to offer investors the opportunity to share in the game’s success. This starts with our new Market Genesis NFTs.

### Arena Genesis NFTs

The Arena is at the center of the Wizardia gameworld. Ownership of an Arena Genesis NFT entitles the owner to a cut of the transaction fees which are processed in the Arena. Payouts to Arena Genesis NFT holders can be estimated using the Wizardia calculator. Before the Arena is launched (Q2 2022), all Arena Genesis NFTs will be automatically staked and will entitle holders to Wizardia token staking rewards.

### Market Genesis NFTs

The Market is where Wizardians go to exchange the Resources they need for wagers, to rank up their Wizard NFTs and Summon new Wizards. Ownership of a Market Genesis NFT entitles the owner to a cut of the transaction fees which are processed in the Market. Payouts to Market Genesis NFT holders can also be estimated using the Wizardia calculator.&#x20;

### **Wizard NFTs**

Wizard NFTs represent Wizardia's in-game characters. To do battle in the Arena, a player will need at least 3 Wizards. Owned wizards can be upgraded, traded, rented out and used to help Summon new Wizards from the Fog. The value of a Wizard is defined by its Rarity, Attributes and Abilities. You can read more about the mythology of Wizardia and how Wizards came to be in the [Lore](/lore#magic) section of this Lightpaper.

The [Wizard NFT sale](https://wizardia.io/collection) is live now.

{% embed url="<https://youtu.be/3wAxIF3plGs>" %}

### Amin's Story

Born in the warlike tribe living in the ruins of Sakakah, Amin was raised to be a fighter together with his brothers. He was a devout believer in the eyes of his peers, but in reality, he was an opium addict, with extremely violent tendencies. During his short life, he was subjected to torture, abuse, rape, drugs and slavery.

Just before The Tearing, Amin managed to escape his captors by slaughtering the whole camp and escaping to the desert. Wounded, thirsty and hungry, he collapsed under the night sky, praying and cursing. Suddenly the sand under his body began to shift, and he sank into an ancient facility, where he lost consciousness.

Amin woke up from pain mixed with pleasure. He was lying on top of a dusty chemical laboratory table. There was a bunch of crystals scattered around on the sandy floor, his arm had a syringe stuck in it, half-empty. Above him, a hole in the roof opened up to a Fog covered sky.

{% embed url="<https://youtu.be/rVQcT5N5pSY>" %}

### Chikara's Story

At a very young age, Chikara delved into the Virt and became addicted. She spent her youth and some of her adulthood fully plugged. Within that alternate reality, she made quite a name for herself. Chikara went by the nick "To" and was constantly listed on the leaderboards of various games and events. Eventually, she was noticed by a talent scout and began competing in Virt championships of strategy and martial style games.

Eventually, she faded away from legal championships. Her actions as the leader of underground daredevil raid group "Muteki" eventually got her into big trouble, as her side was demolished by an opposing faction, losing a huge chunk of virtual assets. Some of those assets were owned by very shady people, and Muteki was forced to collaborate and strategise for a private military effort. While the whole operation started peacefully, by the end of a three-year campaign, the Unified Galactic Fleet had to intervene.

In the aftermath of the event, Chikara finally came to her senses and for the first time in years unplugged from Virt. Naturally, her body was barely functioning at that point, so she underwent heavy physical and mental therapy. Her body was augmented by numerous cybernetic implants. With the help of her sister Hinata, she returned firmly to reality. She now works as a Corporate Enforcer for the Oak Foundation.

During The Tearing Chikara was locked in a gunfight at the Sunflare Plaza in New Tokyo. She was heavily wounded and hiding behind the base of the Sun statue as the Fog spilt onto the park in front of the plaza. Pain, desire to act and the image of her friend's lifeless body on her legs connected something in her mind. She felt as if she was back in the Virt. Without thinking, she summoned a shield and sword and charged through the gunfire.

{% embed url="<https://youtu.be/TeFmEU7o_3s>" %}

### **Crizal's** Story

Born on Mars during the Catastrophe of the Immortals in a renowned scientist family, Crizal has been bioengineered to reach peak mental performance and educated from infancy by leading scientists. She obtained a doctorate degree from the University of Mars at the young age of 35. She then relocated to Shesha and began researching pressure-formed materials, which are abundant on the vast ocean floor. She published a few notable papers over the next century, but never felt satisfied with her results.

She began traveling between planets searching for a specific example of crystalline formation, which would prove her theory about the possible use of local symmetry to create self-replicating crystal structures.

During The Tearing, Crizal was in a remote research facility dedicated to studying a particular gas giant with a solid core. As the Fog ruptured reality, the research facility was decompressed - oxygen escaped from the station into the surrounding space. Crizal tried to shut the airlock, but the door could not close due to mechanical malfunction. Stricken with panic and without any clear purpose, she looked at a crystal specimen lying on the floor. Suddenly her mind cleared and she understood how chaotic background energy can solidify into repetitive structures. In mere seconds she grew a crystal to seal the airlock.

She profoundly believes in the old ways. She had a gorgeous garden in her small apartment. She used to tell stories to her patients and cared about true beauty and power of nature.

She belongs to the Oak Foundation, but does not know what the corporation behind this association is really up to. She is just happy that she can spend her time helping others.

Olek was naturally born in a poor family in Urtiazho. In order to sustain himself and his family, he had to slave away at a hazardous recycling facility. He is a second-generation halfbreed. His grandfather was engineered to work and survive in a heavy metal polluted environment. Olek has inherited some of those traits but has been gifted with some random mutations as well.

Oleksandr has a gentle soul. He is misunderstood for his naivety and ignorance of some social constraints. He has Aspergers. He does get along with most of his co-workers in the plant and leads a simple life, however, his inability to understand the behaviour of others has gotten him into a fair amount of trouble during his short life. He has turned to wild pigeons for friendship, which are abundant in the upper levels of the outpost.

During The Tearing, Olek was dismantling a decommissioned exoskeleton. The southern wall of the facility floated away exposing Olek to a stream of toxic gas from the broken pipes. He lost consciousness and collapsed on the floor. He dreamt of a king of pigeons, who talked in the voice of a thousand souls. The king entrusted Olek to wake up and save as many as he could.

When Olek awoke, he was lying on the floor next to his workstation. There was a rancid smell in the air. He started dragging bodies from the debris of the facility to the upper levels, where he found some breathable air and a Fog covered sky. Not many who he carried up survived.

He has been recycling discarded pre-war farming equipment and whatever scraps of post-war technology he could find to create a self-sufficient and successful farm.

His life was peaceful, he was recognised in the community of Sainshand and kept in contact with his two daughters: Peach and Alice. All in all, he was content. His ex-wife Lucy Winhaven has been living in the Euro metropolis after the divorce.
 During the calamity he received messages from both his daughters, but not from his ex-wife.

Petro is a very skilled engineer, capable of nearly impossible feats using just his neuromechanical augmentations and a few tools. He lost his leg in an unfortunate accident operating enormous earth tearing equipment about seven years ago. He is much more careful with heavy machinery from that day onward and has devised a seven-layer safety protocol that has been implemented virtwide since.

After the calamity, her magnetic attraction to success became all too apparent. Anyone opposing her somehow becomes the target of all the misfortune in the world. Even her closest friends are not exempt from this rule.<br>

{% embed url="<https://youtu.be/9ffV1WViqe4>" %}

### S's Story

S is an old plaything. It was recycled and rebooted one too many times. Its cybernetic shell has been adapted to cater to an array of desires. Faulty hardware led its consciousness to sprawl and the whole package was abandoned at one point. As S was struggling to survive in the junkyards of Ichta, The Tearing happened. It was the last threshold in the artificial mind of S necessary to unlock its true potential.

S has shed its former skin, quite literally. It still retains a feminine form, but mostly because S has been subjected to countless experiences in that form that will never fade from its memory banks.

S believes that the true judgment day has arrived. And that S is capable and chosen to deliver the judgment, as it was created by those it is supposed to judge. And that is just.

{% embed url="<https://youtu.be/A4hltmhsw7Q>" %}

### Tah's Story

Tah was a neuro-stock broker, working for one of the largest hedge funds before The Tearing. George, as many of his peers, used all kinds of substances, both to accelerate his capabilities to react to sporadic events in the market and to wind down after an exhausting day.

However, George did not stop at substances. He was always searching to gain an extra edge on his opponents, ending with him on the table of biomancer just before The Tearing came. With his consciousness drugged, and his skull wide open, he began to feel.

He felt his true meaning and purpose. He felt how his life as a rat in a wheel had drained the last humanity out of him. He felt empty and full at the same time. Before even regaining full consciousness he realized his purpose now. He has taken a new form, that of a Hindu god he once saw in his childhood. And he began his journey as a newly self-anointed prophet in this shattered reality.

{% embed url="<https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=059FPZExpO8>" %}

### Tsering's Story

Tsering was born in an isolated Sherp village, part of the Sakya Monastery. Along with other Buddhists, Tsering denounces the life-enhancing changes that have been spreading through society from the late 28th century on. According to his personal beliefs, a person of any kind must be able to reflect on his actions in the prospect of death. When death becomes less and less frequent among people, it forces society to become more and more stagnant.

He, along with other monks from the Sakya Monastery, has spent a considerable part of his life travelling, teaching the importance of change. However, in times where consciousness is the only remaining virtue, guidance towards something larger than oneself is a very radical idea. Tsering returned from his travels bitter and exhausted. His own existence felt pointless, as he was overwhelmed by scores of other beings that either regarded their life so much more valuable than other life or on the complete opposite side of the spectrum, beings that disregarded the miracle of consciousness as if it was a commodity that you can pluck from a shelf.

Just before The Tearing, Tsering meditated on the events and conversations that he had during his time away from the monastery. He felt weak. He felt powerless. He expanded his mind to evaluate those feelings. He found anger inside - anger that raged like wildfire. Anger, for he is honing his mind, body and soul, for the purpose of a greater self. And the world around him is going in the other direction. Everything is shattering.

Even before Tsering opened his eyes, he felt that the monastery was shattering around him. A beam of light reached his eyes through a widening gap in the roof. He slowly breathed out, with his mind clenching the monastery into shape once more. The gap closed, stone collided with stone with an audible thud. Tsering felt the monastery as a whole, including all the other monks inside it. An overflowing wave of emotions washed over him. He screamed in rage and confusion until his lungs gave out and he passed out.

# $WZRD Tokens

How Wizardia's economy works

The $WZRD token is the core utility token and in-game currency of the Wizardia game and future metaverse. Tokens can be spent as well as earned or exchanged by every player inside and outside of the game. $WZRD is a cross-chain token, mainly on BSC.

In the interests of building a long-lasting and sustainable game economy, 300,000,000 (three hundred million) $WZRD tokens will be minted. There is two-way bridge for tokens between Binance Smart Chain (BSC) and Solana (SOL). The TGE took place scheduled for March 24 2022, with listings on Gate.io & PancakeSwap.&#x20;

The $WZRD token will be a utility token, with staking for stability and reward; elements of yield farming; and internal medium of exchange use cases.

# Lore

The world we're building

### The Fog

The Realm of Wizardia spans the limitless expanse of the Fog. Among the endless unknown, safe havens have gathered together from whatever land managed to escape the Fog. Different cultures refer to those patches of land that can be traversed without fear differently, but among all creatures this land is the most valuable asset in existence. As you step outside safe borders and delve into the Fog, you may find more land, unimaginable riches or stumble on a leviathan. Weaponise Magic in order to survive and expand.

The game takes place after a universal calamity, currently known as “The Tearing”. During the cataclysm reality collapsed, all previously known truths about spacetime integrity are thrown out through the window. Previously distant segments of spacetime are now close together (and vice versa). It seems that all reality has gone through a blender, and now no-one knows what is lurking behind The Fog that is separating small islands of matter.

![](/files/dq1F8n1RtXFWRmCg3bcq)

During the fracturing of reality some individuals have awakened previously hidden potential, which some people are calling Magic. Individuals that are able to bend reality to their will are called Wizards. Wizards are extremely powerful, held to a single limitation: There is no way to create something out of nothing. However, even in current state, universe is plentiful.<br>

Wizards after realization of their power did began to compete between each other. Competition was mostly fruitless, **because one could simply will themselves back to life (Wizards are effectively immortal, unless they wishes themselves out)**. However, collateral damage was so great, that eventually Wizards (or at least some of them) have glued together The Core and announced that all further competing must be done in civilised manner in The Arena.

The Core and all that is on it is protected only by fear of retaliation of Wizards that decided to protect that place. The first creatures that unlocked their hidden potential during the calamity are called The Original Wizards.

Currently safe navigation through the Fog is not possible. Wizards that leave the known safe area are lost. When the Fog closes behind you, you will never know where you will end up. Sometimes you are simply lucky enough that you are able to return back where you came from, but that is so rare, that Wizards use Banishment as a capital punishment.

Some Wizards leave The Core on their own choice, some have left while trying to understand how far away from the Core you can sink into The Fog before there is no way to return. So far the correct answer to that is “it depends”.

### **Magic**

Magic is an ever-evolving part of Wizardia, and is the source of its mysticism. As the epochs in Wizardia change, the Magic changes as well. We plan to explore this morphing Magic thoroughly. Magical abilities go hand in hand with the will of the Wizard, and no two Wizards are alike. Scholars have been categorizing existing understanding about Magic into three pillars: Mind, Body and Soul.&#x20;

Wizards that are delving into Magic through raw understanding, meticulous application of scientific method, and the power of analysis are considered to be aligned with **Mind** Magic. This can lead to great breakthroughs in all fields, however there are Wizards who achieve true breakthrough only when their minds are consumed by ravaging insanity.&#x20;

![](/files/FVzabnmeueG6DeqIFUse)

Wizards may use their **Body** and nervous system directly to experience the flow of Magic. This pillar is mostly distinguished by the methods through which these Wizards acquire their knowledge. Scholars have seen Wizards self-enrolled in lifelong physical hardships simply to reach a moment of clarity that unravels the universe before them. On the other side of the spectrum, there are Wizards who push their sensory systems to overload in hopes of achieving this clarity by enjoying visual art, listening to music, or even ingesting dubious substances.&#x20;

Defining what a **Soul** is would be a futile effort, though that does not stop devout Wizards from enforcing their strong beliefs onto reality itself. A strong trust in a single idea can lead to power, but if the idea is shared among a group of believers, the possibilities are limitless. As with all forms of Magic, there is a chance their devotion will waver, leaving the wielder just an empty shell with a long abandoned purpose.&#x20;

The boundaries where one pillar ends and another begins are vague, and sometimes the same effect can be reached by different Wizards independently.

We also cannot ensure: your access (or use) is uninterrupted – timely nor free from errors in any way whatsoever, either while browsing through pages/ content at home using a desktop computer browser. Users should always make sure that their private keys are backed up and not stored anywhere unless they’re willing to take full responsibility for the consequences. It’s also a good idea if you can update personal informational passwords, as well as the app and OS regularly since newer versions will fix any security holes in their software. Bright projects, LLC can be seen as an asset that exists only by virtue of its own record maintained on a network. All smart contracts are conducted and occur within this system, where they interact with other app owners to transfer resources between each other based on certain rules programmed into their code.

Wizardia has no control over the smart contracts on the blockchain networks or any other feature of our platform. We cannot be responsible for losses due to blockchains and electronic wallets used with this game. So even though it’s not possible now, as a matter of fact, these things happen sometimes. Any fund losses may still come up eventually because there is the possibility of occurring problems within the blockchain network like forks in technology nodes.
